Click the ellipsis (…) button next to the Data Gateway entry

Follow the on‑screen prompts to complete the removal

If prompted, restart your computer to finalise the uninstall

Installing the Data Gateway on another machine

If you need the Data Gateway installed on a different computer, follow the installation steps outlined in: Zap Data Hub – Installing the mandatory Data Gateway for the HandiSoft model

If the Data Gateway has been installed on the wrong computer, or you no longer require it on a particular machine, you can uninstall it through the Windows Apps settings.
