Zap Data Hub - Import newly added companies into HandiLedger

Select new companies in your data source and run a process so their data imports into HandiLedger overnight.

After adding new companies to your data source, they may not automatically appear in Zap Data Hub. To ensure they are included in the next overnight automated process, you must update your Company selections and reprocess the model.

Open the Access Accountant Solution

  1. Switch to Designer view by clicking the ellipsis folder icon.

  2. In Resource Explorer, expand Public, then expand Access Accountant Solution.

  3. Double-click Access Accountant Solution to open it.

Update your company selections

  1. Expand Data sources, then select your data source — for example, Xero or MYOB.

  2. Open the Company selections tab.

  3. Tick all companies you want Zap Data Hub to process, then click the Save icon at the top of the screen.

🤓Tip: An orange circle on the tab indicates there are unsaved changes.

Process the updated companies

  1. Return to the Access Accountant Solution tab, then select Process model in the right-hand panel.

  2. Ensure Publish changes is ticked.

  3. Under Data source companies, click the red cross to remove All if you want to specify particular companies, then add the companies you want to refresh. Leave All selected if you want to process everything.

  4. Under Process type, select Full refresh.

  5. Click Process.
