Zap Data Hub - Add or remove Xero companies

Connect Xero, select organisations, and process the Access Accountant Solution model to import data.

To bring Xero organisation data into Zap Data Hub, you must connect your Xero account, select the organisations you want to sync, and then process the Access Accountant Solution model.

📌Note: You must have Administrator or Full Designer access to complete the steps below.

Add Xero companies

  1. Log in to Zap Data Hub.

  2. In Resource Explorer, expand Public, then expand Access Accountant Solution.

  3. Double-click Access Accountant Solution to open the data model.

  4. Expand Data sources, then select Xero.

  5. Expand Connection details, then in the Schema field, select Accounting (Xero).

  6. Click Log in, enter your Xero email and password, then complete multi-factor authentication.

  7. Select the Xero organisation you want Zap Data Hub to access, then click Continue to confirm.

  8. If you want to connect more organisations, click + Add Company, select Sign in, choose another organisation, and repeat as needed.

  9. Open the Company selection tab, tick the organisations you want to include, then click the Save icon.

  10. Return to the Access Accountant Solution tab, then click Process model in the right-hand panel.

  11. Set Process type to Full refresh, then click Process.

Remove Xero companies

  1. In Resource Explorer, expand Public, then expand Access Accountant Solution.

  2. Double-click Access Accountant Solution to open the data model.

  3. Expand Data sources, then select Xero.

  4. Open the Company selection tab, untick the company you want to remove, then click Save.

  5. Return to the Access Accountant Solution tab, then click Process model.

  6. Set Process type to Full refresh, then click Process.
