Zap Data Hub – Reset your password

Use the self‑service password reset from the login page when you forget your Zap Data Hub password

1. Open the password reset page

  1. Go to the Zap Data Hub login page

  2. Click Forgot your password?

2. Request a verification code

  1. On the Password reset page, enter the email address linked to your Zap Data Hub user account

  2. Click Send verification code

3. Retrieve the verification code

  1. Open your email inbox

  2. Locate the email containing your verification code

    • If it does not appear, check your junk or spam folder

4. Verify your identity

  1. Return to the Password reset page

  2. Enter the verification code in the Verification code field

  3. Click Verify code

5. Complete the reset

After verification, follow the on‑screen prompts to set a new password.
