The Lockup reporting content in Zap Data Hub is available across two dashboards. These dashboards give visibility over debtor and WIP lockup metrics and allow slicing across Partner, Manager and Staff levels.
Lockup Dashboard – WIP/Debt Dash 1
This dashboard includes:
Top 10 debtors
Top 10 unbilled WIP
Aged debt in aging brackets
Aged unbilled WIP in aging brackets
Slicers for Partner, Manager and Staff
Lockup Dashboard – WIP/Debt/Lockup Details
This dashboard includes:
Debtor days
WIP days
Lockup days
WIP–Debt chart
Slicers for Partner, Manager and Staff over a specific period
Set up the Lockup report
This section explains how to set up and customise the Lockup report.
1. Log into Zap Data Hub
2. Open the Designer
From the Zap Data Hub menu, click Designer
3. Import the report
Open your Personal folder
From the Folder menu, click Import
Download Lockup.zap
Select Lockup.zap
Click Open
Complete the required fields
Click Next and follow the prompts
Click Close
4. Save the report
Click Save, then click Close from the Home menu
The Lockup dashboard is now ready to use.
