When to manually process the HandiSoft solution

Manual processing is helpful when:

  • You need updated HandiSoft data immediately

  • You cannot wait for the automatic overnight processing

  • You have made changes in HandiSoft that must be available in reports right away

Manual processing triggers a full refresh of the HandiSoft solution.

How to manually process the Access HandiSoft solution

Follow the steps below to run a full refresh:

1. Open the HandiSoft solution

  1. Log in to Zap Data Hub.

  2. Click the ellipsis menu on the left‑hand side.

  3. Expand Public > Access HandiSoft.

  4. Double‑click Access HandiSoft solution to open it.

2. Configure the process settings

  1. On the right‑hand side, select Process model.

  2. Tick the following checkboxes:

    • Publish changes

    • Process warehouse

    • Process cube

  3. Change Incremental data load to Full refresh.

3. Run the process

  1. Click Process to begin the manual refresh.

  2. Once complete, review your migrated data to confirm updates have been applied.

The Last published date only reflects manual processing. Overnight incremental loads do not update this date.
