Zap Data Hub - Refresh your connection to MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks or Reckon

Use these steps to fix connection issues (missing companies, revoked authority, or connector errors) by signing out and back into the data source

When you should refresh a data source connection

You may need to refresh your connection if:

  • Your client has removed your authority or access

  • Companies are missing

  • The connector shows an error

  • Data has stopped syncing from one of your accounting platforms

Refreshing requires signing out of the data source and reconnecting it.

If manual processing takes longer than expected

Processing delays may occur if your third‑party accounting software is experiencing network issues.

If the process fails:

  1. Download the log file.

  2. Raise a support case.

  3. Include details about the issue and attach the log file.

  4. Let support know whether you have contacted the accounting software provider to check for outages or data export issues.
