Zap Data Hub - Manually processing the Access HandiSoft solution

Run a full refresh to update HandiSoft data immediately rather than waiting for the overnight process.

Manual processing is helpful when:

  • You need updated HandiSoft data immediately.

  • You cannot wait for the automatic overnight processing.

  • You have made changes in HandiSoft that must be available in reports right away.

Manual processing triggers a full refresh of the HandiSoft solution.

Manually process the Access HandiSoft solution

  1. Log in to Zap Data Hub, then click the ellipsis menu on the left-hand side.

  2. Expand Public, then expand Access HandiSoft.

  3. Double-click Access HandiSoft solution to open it.

  4. On the right-hand side, select Process model.

  5. Tick the following checkboxes:

    • Publish changes.

    • Process warehouse.

    • Process cube.

  6. Set Process type to Full refresh.

  7. Click Process to begin the manual refresh.

Once complete, review your data to confirm the updates have been applied.

🤓Tip: The Last published date only reflects manual processing. Overnight incremental loads do not update this date.
