Access Micropay

The HandiSoft model requires the new version of the Zap Data Hub Data Gateway. The Data Gateway must be installed on the server where HandiSoft is installed, and the service must be running before HandiSoft data can be processed in Zap Data Hub.

⚠️Important: The new Data Gateway requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8. Previous versions used .NET 4.5.1, so this may need to be updated on your server before installation. Download .NET Framework 4.8 from <a href="https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Microsoft's website</a>. Installing .NET Framework 4.8 requires a server restart once installation is complete.

Log in to Zap Data Hub as an Administrator or Full Designer.

Click the settings cog in the top-right corner, then select Data gateways.

Click Download installer to get the latest Data Gateway setup file.

Run the installer on the same server where HandiSoft is installed and complete the installation steps.

Ensure the Data Gateway service is running.

1. Log in to Zap Data Hub as an Administrator or Full Designer.
2. Click the settings cog in the top-right corner, then select Data gateways.
3. Click Download installer to get the latest Data Gateway setup file.
4. Run the installer on the same server where HandiSoft is installed and complete the installation steps.
5. Ensure the Data Gateway service is running.

Confirm the gateway connection in Zap Data Hub

In Resource Explorer, expand Access HandiSoft, then double-click the Access HandiSoft source.

Select Test connection to confirm the gateway is communicating successfully.

1. In Resource Explorer, expand Access HandiSoft, then double-click the Access HandiSoft source.
2. Click the HandiSoft hyperlink.
3. Complete the Connection details.
4. Select Test connection to confirm the gateway is communicating successfully.

Install the Zap Data Hub Data Gateway on the HandiSoft server, confirm the service is running, and test the HandiSoft connector.
