Depreciation schedules cannot be imported into Zap Data Hub directly. You can upload them into Access Ledger using the supported CSV format.
📌Note: Ensure your file matches the required Access Ledger import structure and uses the supported column format outlined in the Access Ledger documentation before uploading.
Upload a depreciation schedule into Access Ledger
Log in to Access Ledger.
Navigate to the Data Import area and go to the section where asset and depreciation imports are managed.
Select the prepared depreciation schedule CSV file.
Validate the data when prompted.
Correct any validation errors if they appear, then finalise the upload to make the depreciation data available in Access Ledger.
