Prepare your depreciation CSV file
Ensure your file matches the required Access Ledger import structure.
Use the supported column format outlined in the Access Ledger documentation.
Log in to Access Ledger
Navigate to the Data Import area
Go to the section where asset and depreciation imports are managed.
Upload your CSV file
Select the prepared depreciation schedule file.
Validate the data when prompted.
Confirm and complete the import
Correct any validation errors if they appear.
Finalize the upload to make the depreciation data available in Access Ledger.
Zap Data Hub - Import depreciation schedules for assets
Depreciation schedules can’t be imported into Zap Data Hub, but you can upload them directly into Access Ledger using the supported CSV format.
