Zap Data Hub is your central platform for managing and analysing your data. This guide is designed for new users and will walk you through logging in for the first time, navigating the interface, and getting familiar with the core features you need to hit the ground running.
By the end of this guide, you'll be able to log in confidently, find your way around the platform, and know where to go for additional learning and support.

Log in for the first time
When your administrator invites you to Zap Data Hub, you'll receive an invitation email with a registration link. Follow the steps below to set up your account and log in.
Open your invitation email and click the registration link.
Follow the prompts to set up your login credentials.
Once your account is set up, go to your organisation's Zap Data Hub URL:
âhttps://<yourtenant>.zapdatahub.comEnter your credentials and click Sign in.
đ¤Tip: After setting up your login, click the original registration link in your invitation email, this will complete your access and take you straight into the platform.
Navigate the interface
Once you're logged in, you'll land on the Zap Data Hub home screen. Here's a quick overview of the key areas you'll use.
Navigation menu: Use the menu to move between the main areas of the platform, including your dashboards, data sources, and settings.
Dashboard: Your home view, where you can see an overview of your data and access your most-used reports.
Data Hub: The central area for connecting, managing, and exploring your data sources.
Settings: Manage your account preferences and, if you have admin permissions, user access and configuration options.
đ¤Tip: If you're not sure whether you have admin permissions, check your settings menu, admin users will see additional options such as user management and configuration settings.

You can view pre-built dashboards and reports relevant to your role. These give you an at-a-glance view of your key data without any setup required.

Zap Data Hub connects to a range of data sources. Your administrator will have configured these for your organisation â you can view connected sources from the Data Hub area.
Sharing and exporting
You can share dashboards and export reports directly from the platform, making it easy to collaborate with your team and distribute insights.
