The location‑wise WIP report is based on the WIP Aging report for Time+Billing.
The WIP Aging report includes slicers for Client status/group, Partner, Manager, Staff, Activity, Cost code and Is invoiced.
A filter is also available on Job ledger entry type.
Set up the WIP by location report
This section explains how to set up and customise the location‑wise WIP report.
1. Log into Zap Data Hub
2. Open the Designer
From the Zap Data Hub menu, click Designer
3. Import the report
Open your Personal folder
From the Folder menu, click Import
Download location wise WIP report.zap
Select location wise WIP report.zap
Click Open
Complete the required fields
Click Next and follow the prompts
Click Close
4. Save the report
Click Save, then click Close from the Home menu
The location‑wise WIP report is now ready to use.
