Run your preferred dashboard report.
Click the Ellipsis button in the top right of the report and select Email.
In the Email Resource window, enter the recipient details, subject, and email body.
Set the Attachment Format to PDF and click Send.
The email will include both a hyperlinked report and a PDF attachment. Recipients without a Zap Data Hub login will not be able to view the hyperlinked report but can open the PDF attachment using any standard PDF viewer.
